Our seasonal menu



Ours is a menu that follows the weather and the seasons. We only cook with seasonal products that come from our area. We take care of the selection of ingredients, which we personally choose and buy maintaining a constant relationship with suppliers, farmers and producers.

From the starter, to the first course to the second one, what we offer is a gastronomic itinerary in our loved Tuscan landscape.

For each course in our menu the ingredients and the allergens are indicated.

Our cuisine offers a Tradition menu, with typical Tuscan dishes, and a menu à la carte where the Tuscan inspiration is revisited in a contemporary way.

In our wine list, we offer you a selection of labels that are in constant update, including bottles with a good quality price ration and more prestigious and refined ones, Tuscans but not only. Our staff will be glad to lead you in the choice of the best match.
